He arrived when he said he would even though he was coming from Hayes. The job was explained for me to understand and the fact the bathroom ceiling could fall down at anytime!!! He found the leaking emersion promptly and explained exactly what he needed to do. He got a new one, fitted (once he'd got something else that was rusted up) and was finished within 2 days but not needing to stay the whole day. And took the old emersion away. Importantly it was good value for money. Would definitely recommend
